to those without a private insurer. ASC is the insurance company with the
greatest volume of insured for property and contingency, with a 78% market
share. We were exclusively hired for trial litigation and appellate practice of
fraudulent and highly contended insurance claim.
- Community Planning Group for the Prevention
of HIV in Puerto Rico – The CPG of PR is
an arm of the Department of Health and is in charge of drafting the Grant for
theHIV funds to be assigned to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. For the CPG of PR, wehave revised their
statues, and regulations, advise their board of directors on legal matters,
offer seminars on Parliamentary Proceedings and act as Parliamentarian for their monthly meetings.

Home Services Inc. – The largest collection agency in Puerto Rico, solely dedicated
to the collection of property regimes.
During our tenure with PHS, we were exclusively hired for trial
litigation and appellate practice of complex and highly contended collection
cases. We collected over $100,000 in
property regimes, interest and collection fees.
